The theme editor stops being enough long before most shops admit it.
We build custom storefronts, apps and integrations for merchants whose requirements have moved past what a theme and a stack of plugins can carry.
What it is
A hosted platform is excellent until the shop needs something it did not anticipate: a checkout that behaves differently for one class of customer, stock that lives in another system, a bundle the plugin ecosystem prices wrongly. At that point most shops add another app, and then another, until the storefront is slow and no one is sure which app owns which behaviour.
Building custom is the alternative: work with the platform's own templating and APIs directly — Shopify and Liquid, in the work we have shipped — so the behaviour is yours, the storefront stays fast, and there is one place to look when something is wrong.
What we do
- Custom-built storefronts
- Themes built for the brand rather than bought and bent toward it, with the front end kept light enough to load well on the connection a customer actually has.
- Custom checkout behaviour
- Rules the standard flow does not express, implemented on the platform rather than approximated with a stack of overlapping apps.
- Integrations with the systems behind the shop
- ERP, inventory and fulfilment kept in agreement with the storefront, so stock and orders do not need reconciling by hand.
- Migration without going dark
- Changes staged and cut over so the shop keeps selling while the work happens.
How we work
- The platform's own templating and APIs directly, rather than another layer of plugins
- One place to look when a behaviour is wrong, instead of six apps that might own it
- Storefront speed treated as a revenue question, because it is one
- Built by the people who will still be reachable when you need a change
Built with

- Liquid
- Shopify APIs
- Custom theme development
