What it is
The pattern is always the same. A process was designed for the volume the business had five years ago, and it has been kept alive since by people being careful. Nobody decided to do it that way — it accumulated. And because it works, just expensively, it never becomes anybody's project.
We start from the process rather than the software: what actually happens, who touches it, where it stalls, and what it costs when it goes wrong. Often the fix is a system. Sometimes it is a rule nobody had written down, and occasionally it is deleting a step. We would rather tell you that than sell you the larger build.

- Encoding the policy the business already follows — approvals, pricing, eligibility, escalation — so it runs the same way every time instead of the way whoever is on shift remembers it.
- Make the numbers trustworthy
- Commissions, stock positions and reports that are derived from what happened rather than reassembled by hand each month — so nobody re-checks them, which is where the real time goes.
- Remove the reconciliation between systems
- Where two tools hold the same fact and a person keeps them in agreement, that person is the integration. We replace them with one.
